Description- This strain is known for its high alcohol tolerance and fast fermentation.  Similar to Chico, Miramar’s versatility makes it suitable for many ale styles. Miramar’s neutral flavor profile imparts low fruitiness and mild ester production, creating a clean, balanced product.
