We produce the highest quality liquid yeast in pitchable quantities for commercial breweries. We are doing everything a little different and a little better– from our manufacturing process to our customer service.

• Perfect yeast.  Period.   Our yeast is guaranteed to arrive fresh, healthy and clean or you don’t pay. Fermatrix was co-founded by scientist and craft beer fan Josh Halford aka "The Professor" with years of experience in assessment of QA/QC.  Our quality control is second to none.

 

• Fermatrix standard is to provide fresh, pure brewers yeast in any quantity to breweries in the Southern California area. Delivery is free to locations 20 miles or less from our facility (11620 Sterling Ave Riverside, Ca) for orders over $150. A $50 surcharge will be assessed for deliveries to locations 20-40 miles away from our facility for orders over $150.

 

• Save Money on shipping.  At your request we will spend more time and money on our end so your order can be safely shipped by 2-day shipping instead of overnight. Are you from Southern California?  We offer free shipping of any size order to all breweries in Southern California.

 

• Fermatrix believes in making a minimal impact on the environment. Therefore, we deliver our yeast in reusable containers that will be collected at the next delivery. A refundable $50 deposit will be assessed for each order.

 

• Fermatrix times the propagation of your pitch so that it arrives at your brewery on the date of your choosing as fresh as possible.  Please allow at least 7 days for production and delivery of your custom pitch (more for Brettanomyces).

 

• Fermatrix can bank your private strains and propagate them when needed.
