We went through a huge panel of honey from a lot of sources and chose this as the most flavorful option. We have found it makes a terrific, complex, base-mead. It is also great in beers and can be found in all of our ingredients kits that feature Wildflower honey.

We buy in 55 gallon drums and package ourselves to ensure that you are getting the highest quality honey at a great price. Our oxygen barrier bagging material will ensure this honey stays at peak freshness till you are ready to create your masterpiece.
