Hand Screw presses are the standard wine press. They are made of beechwood, steel frame, and a food grade collection tray made of food grade plastic that will never rust or chip. These presses work great for pressing crushed apples, grapes and other fruit. They work by building up blocks as you press the fruit down. Straining bags are recommended.
